Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all items are unworn with original tags attached, and place them securely in the original packaging along with your printed return slip.

  Drop Off or Collection

  Choose between dropping your package at any authorized Singapore Post location or scheduling a doorstep courier pickup through our online portal.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund or store credit within 3 to 5 business days.
